touching lives. building communities
OUR STORY
The Amazing Grace Christian Foundation (AGCF) is an international charitable organization whose primary purpose is to act as an agent of positive change in the lives and communities of underprivileged women and children, primarily in Southeast Asia (Philippines), Western Africa (Nigeria) and Southern Africa (Kenya and Zambia).
AGCF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that aims to empower women and children in need. We aim to empower poverty-stricken children through education, believing that education is the best investment to end generational cycles of poverty.
Relationships are a critical element in AGCF's work. Through relationships with a vast network of volunteers, professionals, and community leaders, we tirelessly work to serve the people with our programs. Our volunteers include physicians, dentists, teachers, accountants, and students.
Our holistic approach enables us to discover and respond to each community's unique causes of poverty. We then work alongside community members to find solutions that would work for the needs of their underprivileged women and children. By demonstrating God's love through our work, we hope people will experience life fully.
Since its inception in 2008, AGCF has served approximately 10,000 women and children. We work in 15 sites in Central Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao in the Philippines. In West Africa, we work primarily in Ekiti, Ondo and Oyo states, and in Southern Africa, we partner with several organizations in Kenya and Zambia.

Back to School Outreach
Our education program, called Back-to-School Outreach, aims to provide school supplies to children in the areas we serve. Every year, we distribute essential items like pencils, crayons, notebooks, backpacks, and footwear to help them succeed in their studies.
Why a Back-to-School Outreach?
Each year, a significant number of children in the Philippines are unable to attend school because their families cannot afford to provide them with the necessary school supplies. Amazing Grace Christian Foundation has been instrumental in helping these children by providing basic supplies to over 7,500 students in more than 15 locations across the Philippines. Thanks to their efforts, these children have the tools they need to succeed in their academic endeavors.
Christmas Joy Bag
As a holiday tradition for the foundation, we look forward to throwing Christmas parties for all the children we reach out to in the communities we serve.
Every year we celebrate with underprivileged families during the holiday season and provide a fun time and a gift called a “Christmas Joy Bag.” For many families, this is the only gift the children receive in the year or the only party they attend. We use this holiday season to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way.
AGCF has been giving out “Joy Bags” to the children supported by the foundation since 2008. Our goal is that through these “Joy Bags,” we will reach hundreds of children and their families with the hope and joy found in Jesus Christ.
JOY is a beautiful gift to embrace, celebrate, and give away at Christmas.
Medical & Dental Missions
AGCF regularly hosts free medical and dental missions in the Philippines. Since we began this work, AGCF has provided over 1,000 Filipinos with basic medical and dental care through our volunteer physicians, nurses, and dentists.
Feeding Programs
AGCF’s Feeding Program currently occurs in 15 locations yearly, feeding up to 200 children at each feeding site. We aim to provide nourishment to improve their health and help their attention span and comprehension. The foundation launches the feeding program at the start of the school year, and our mission is to give each child in the program one healthy and balanced meal daily.
We desire to see entire communities gradually change as we focus on providing meals for the children and meeting their needs.
Scholarship Program
The Amazing Grace Foundation provides scholarship funds to school-aged children at different levels of education, specifically in Nigeria and the Philippines.
